Medical consulting with Dr. Boone encompasses a comprehensive health analysis and personalized treatment strategy that includes the ordering of necessary lab work including vitamin levels, metabolic panels, thyroid testing, cholesterol panels, and hormone levels if needed. We also offer an Inbody body composition scan with corresponding results and analysis. This objective data allows us to understand one’s metabolic health and risk of developing adverse cardiovascular outcomes in the future. One also gains access to Dr. Boone’s nutritional and wellness guide as a quick and easy reference to utilize throughout the day. Also included is hormone replacement therapy advising and prescription management, weight loss medications such as semaglutide if determined to be a candidate, vitamin and supplement recommendations, nutritional counseling, mental health screening, and wellness and lifestyle recommendations. All monthly members receive a 10% discount on all medical aesthetic services and skincare products.

Medical consulting with Dr. Boone does not include primary care visits such as annual check-ups, physicals, vaccines, acute sick visits, after-hours consultations, or emergency care.

LIIV Medical offers a three visit “Reset your Health” comprehensive medical consulting program with Dr. Emily Boone, DO with the option to remain a monthly client after the initial three visit program is completed. Essentially this program jumpstarts your health – gets you back on track, answers any burning questions you have about what’s going on inside your body without waiting 6 months to be seen, and having a rushed, impersonal appointment with your doctor.

The three visit program is designed to be patient-centered, comprehensive, accessible and the perfect gift to give someone you love or to yourself. It’s designed for those who may have had a gap in their medical care, for those who have been putting off going to the doctor or can’t get in to see a doctor, for those who haven’t had lab tests in a long time, are perhaps experiencing new symptoms or concerns, have questions regarding their perimenopause/menopause journey, hormone health or wellness as a whole, or for those who just feel like something is simply off within their bodies, but haven’t received the guidance they are looking for through the mainstream medical system.

Visit 1 : The initial medical consulting appointment is a one-hour, one-on-one, information gathering, comprehensive meeting. Dr. Boone reviews the client’s health history, inquires about healthcare goals and concerns, assesses current symptoms, and orders appropriate blood work, screenings, and lab testing. An Inbody body composition analysis scan is also performed in-office (a $150 value). The Inbody is an advanced body analysis tool used to expertly measure weight, muscle mass, body water, and total body fat percentages, along with providing a full segmental muscle and fat analysis by area of the body.

Visit 2 : A second appointment is scheduled 3-4 weeks after the initial meeting. Dr. Boone will thoroughly review all lab work, devise an overall treatment plan, suggest any necessary prescribe any pertinent medications, such as hormone therapy and/or weight loss medications, and make recommendations on nutrition, vitamins/ supplements, and any other lifestyle changes that may optimize the client’s health and wellness.

Visit 3 : A third appointment is scheduled 4-6 weeks after the second appointment. The purpose of this visit is to check-in with the client, make sure everything is working well and that progress is being made, make any necessary adjustments to medications, follow up with any necessary referrals, and ensure that the client is on track with their personalized treatment plan, and nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

After the completion of the first three appointments patients have the option to return back to their primary care system, or continue on in our health and wellness membership at LIIV as a supplement to your already established health care team.

We offer in-person visits and telehealth visits for those who live in Maine and New Hampshire!

In order to get clients the personalized and expert medical guidance they need to get back in the driver’s seat and on track with their health and wellness goals, medical consulting at LIIV operates as a three visit package at a cost of $975.00. If clients choose to remain clients under Dr. Boone’s care after the initial three comprehensive visits are completed, LIIV Medical operates on a monthly membership basis at a cost of $250 a month. Payment plans are available through Cherry and Carecredit.

To provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to treat in an integrative manner we cannot accept insurance. However, we can provide documentation of your visit that you may be able to submit to your insurance carrier. Please note that insurance can be used for blood work, and medications sent through to your pharmacy.

We offer remote appointments via telehealth for those who reside in the state of Maine or New Hampshire.
